About the event

We're excited to see you at HayFest 2023! Vendor booths are 12'x12'. All vendors must be set up by 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 14th 2023. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect sales tax. The sales tax rate is 9.5%. All exhibitors must clean up their areas and leave them as found. This event will be held rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. Once you have registered for the event, purchase one ticket per vendor booth you plan to set up at the event.

NOTE:  No electricity will be available. Quiet generators are allowed for food trucks.
