About the event
We're excited to see you at HayFest 2024! This is an outdoor event, held rain or shine. Vendor booths are 12'x12'. All vendors must be set up by 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 12th 2024. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect sales tax. The sales tax rate is 9.5%. All exhibitors must clean up their areas and leave them as found. NO REFUNDS. Once you have registered for the event, purchase one ticket per vendor booth you plan to set up at the event.
1. Check-in Location: Meet on Main at Light Hardware - 108 S. Main Yates Center, KS 66783
Follow the “Vendor Check-in Signs” on Highway 54 & 75, as many roads leading to the square will be closed.
2. Enter using Main St. & Highway 54.
